Balloon Bar

First hour - $150
Subsequent hour - $100

  • How It Works:
    1. Guests choose their favourite design from the balloon menu.
    2. Each balloon is twisted live on the spot.
    Please note: Depending on the number of guests, not everyone may receive a balloon. If you'd like to ensure every guest receives one, our Event Gifts options may be a better fit.

  • What's Included:
    • 1 Balloon Artist
    • Unlimited balloons for the duration of service.
    • Accommodate up to 50 balloons per hour, allowing time for guest greetings and design selection.
    Please note: Pre-made balloon requests are not accepted as all balloons are twisted live during the booked session.

Flower Bar

Extend your Flower Bar - $100/hour
Keep the experience going a little longer by extending your flower bar.

  • How It Works:
    • Guests pick their favourite stalk from the display to bring home.
    • Pre-made stalks are released in batches throughout the 2-hour experience.
    Please note: Depending on the number of guests, not everyone may receive a balloon. If you'd like to ensure every guest receives one, our Event Gifts options may be a better fit.

  • What's Included:
    • 1 Balloon Artist
    • 120 pre-made stalks and 2 hours of service.
    • If you extend your bar, additional balloon flowers will be freshly twisted at the event throughout the extended session.
    • Around 20 additional balloons can be made per extended hour.

  • Setup: 1.2m x 90cm x 2m booth with balloon flower stalks beautifully arranged in clear vases.

  • Lead Time: At least 48 hours prior to the event date and time, subject to availability.

Twisted Bar

A twisted balloon experience where guests get to choose their favourite creation to bring home.

Balloon Cups

Balloon sculpture mounted on a cup.

  • Cup is provided empty, giving you the freedom to fill it with treats, gifts, or small keepsakes of your choice.

  • Choose any item from Floral Stalks or Character Stalks and add a cup for an additional $1.50.

  • Lead time: 7 days

Balloon Tree

Package - $120
Additional Balloons (optional) - $25 for 10 balloons

  • How It Works:
    • Balloons are wrapped individually in plastic and displayed on the balloon tree.
    • Guests pick their favourite balloon from the balloon tree display.
    • If you are selecting from Floral Stalks, Character Stalks or a mix of both, you may add-on a 1-day rental of the balloon tree display for $20.

  • What's Included:
    • 40 balloons and 1-day rental of the balloon tree display.
    • Any additional balloons will be provided separately in a large bag.
    Please note: This is designed as a self-service experience and does not include an onsite balloon artist to facilitate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which event bar should I choose for my event?
The 3 main differences to consider between the event bars are their appearance, how your guests interact with the balloons and whether we accept special requests.

  • Appearance
    Balloon Bar: Simple setup with a balloon garden decor on the table.
    Flower Bar & Twisted Bar: A show-stopping booth with balloons arranged beautifully.

  • Interaction
    Balloon Bar: Guests get to watch their balloons being made.
    Flower Bar & Twisted Bar: Guests get to pick and choose their favourite balloon which are readily available for them to bring home.

  • Special Requests
    We accept special requests for Balloon Bar only. However, if there is a long wait line, we will pause taking special requests and stick strictly to the balloon menu.

What is the balloon menu for?
The balloon menu is to provide some ideas of what people can ask for and it helps to manage long wait line. During periods of long lines, we will pause taking special requests and stick strictly to the menu.

Am I able to request for pre-made balloons for Balloon Bar?
Pre-made balloons are not included in the Balloon Bar thus they will be charged separately.

Terms & Conditions

By booking with Balun, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a 30% non-refundable deposit, and availability is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event date.

Pricing & Payment
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We currently accept PayNow and bank transfer only.

Transport & Setup
Transport and setup fees are included in the pricing. Additional transport charges of up to $20 may apply for restricted-access locations, special entry requirements, or extended travel distances (e.g. Sentosa).

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the scheduled delivery or self-collection time will incur a 30% non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 7 days of the event date will forfeit the original deposit and a new deposit will be required to reserve the revised date.

General
Balun reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All designs, images and content remain the intellectual property of Balun.

Order Confirmation

Pricing & Payment
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We currently accept PayNow and bank transfer only.

Delivery & Self-Collection
Delivery is available from SGD $15 and is subject to the order volume, size and delivery location. Additional charges may apply for larger orders, restricted-access locations, special entry requirements, or extended travel distances (e.g. Sentosa).

Self-collection may be arranged in Bukit Panjang by prior arrangement. Collection details, timing and availability will be shared upon order confirmation.

Balun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. Responsibility for the order transfers to the recipient once delivery or self-collection is completed.

Order Inspection & Support
Please inspect your order upon delivery or self-collection. If there are any issues with the items upon receipt, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assess and assist where appropriate.

Once the order has been accepted, distributed, or used at the event, Balun is not responsible for damage resulting from handling, transportation, setup, environmental conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Product Care & Natural Changes
A care card will be provided digitally with each order. We encourage recipients to follow the care guidance to help prolong the lifespan of the balloon and keep it looking its best.

Balloons may gradually become matte over time. This is a natural characteristic of the material and does not affect the integrity of the design.

As balloons lose air, they may soften, reduce in size and small parts may detach over time. Please keep out of reach of young children and pets as these may pose as choking hazards.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes to confirmed orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the scheduled delivery or self-collection time will incur a 30% non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or self-collection time are non-refundable.

Design Integrity
All designs are created within Balun’s design language. While personalisation options are available, Balun reserves the right to make minor design adjustments where necessary to maintain balance, proportion and quality.

Balloon colours are subject to availability. Where a selected colour is unavailable, Balun reserves the right to substitute it with the closest available shade while preserving the overall colour palette and design intent.

General

Character Bar

A live balloon-twisting experience where guests get to watch a balloon character version of them made.
